Sometimes, you may want somebody to get a copy of the signed document, without needing to interact with the project. In that scenario, you can add a carbon copy recipient.
Creating a CC Recipient
First, following this guide, create a simple project and add a recipient. After your first recipient is added, you can click on the "Add a CC" button:
A new section, similar to a new step, will appear. This is the "Carbon Copy" section, in which you can add and manage your carbon copy recipients, in a very similar way of any other recipient:
The rest of the creation process is identical to any other project.
As said in introduction, the carbon copy recipient will not be notified during the project lifecycle. They will not have any task. Once the project is completed and the document signed, they will receive the signed document in their "My Documents" section and by mail.
