In that scenario, convert your document into a PDF through your word processor first.

Some visual formatting may be lost in the conversion process.

We limit the documents to a size of 20MB per document, for a total of 5 documents per project.

If your file is bigger than 20MB, you may try to optimize it through online tools (such as Adobe PDF Compressor). If you have more than 5 files, you may use a PDF Merger (such as  Adobe PDF Merger). If you want to split files in order to reduce their size even more, you can use a PDF splitter (such as Adobe PDF Splitter). Those tools are third parties and we cannot ensure their efficiency. Please double-check your files after using such tools.

Files may be rejected by YumiSign for numerous reasons, notably:

  • The file is corrupted
  • The file is encrypted
  • The file is locked in a read-only state

During the signature process, you may use a picture of your signature. The picture file can be either a .png or .jpg file, with a maximum size of 1MB.
